Friday & Saturday Spa Treatments
The relaxation starts with Spa Treatments. Book a pedicure, a massage, body scrub, or a facial, it's your choice. Spots are reserved at the spa for this event only. Once you have paid your deposit & registered for the event, you can book your spa treatment.

You will receive a welcome package that will contain everything you need for the weekend ie: event tickets, meal cards, etc.

The only extra cash you will need will be for shopping & liquor. Everything else you need is included in your package.

Room Allocations
Event packages are based on double occupancy so that means that each of you pays for 1 night, a minimum of 2 guests per room. For groups of 3 & 4, larger rooms are made available at the single bed room price for each guest.

If you need a room for yourself, you will be required to pay for the extra night ($129 + tax) because it is not covered in your package price. We attempt to put large groups in rooms close by each other! Contact us if you have questions

Help prevent falls by learning tools that can improve balance, stability, strength and mobility. You will also learn different exercises that can support joint health and decrease joint pain. This class can be made more challenging by standing for most of the exercises! Or if you are just starting out you can stay seated. 

Variations/modifications are given throughout class. 

What to bring: yoga mat, therapy/tennis ball, strap, block and water.
There will be extra props on hand if needed.
